Clear My Land ("we", "us") operates clearmyland.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site and its contact form, and what we do with it.
When you send us job details through the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address, what you need done, and whatever you tell us about the job. Our host also records standard, anonymous traffic figures such as page views. We count anonymous visits and interactions on this site — how long people stay, which parts they read, and whether they tap the phone number or start the estimate form — so we can report traffic to the business owner. This does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers or IP addresses, and nothing is stored on your device. To count how many different people visit each day rather than how many pages get opened, our server turns your network address and browser into a scrambled code that changes every day and cannot be turned back into you, read by anyone else, or matched to your visit on any other day. The address itself is never written down. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
We use your details for one thing: getting back to you about your job and quoting the work. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that host this site and deliver our reply to us.
By sending the form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Tell us to stop at any time and we will.
We keep job requests as long as we need them to serve you and for our ordinary business records.
You can ask us what information of yours we hold, and you can ask us to delete it.
